We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or US national holidays.
Orders submitted after 4:00 p.m. Central time will be processed the following business day.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via ground unless otherwise noted upon checkout.
Orders of $75 or more pre-tax ship free. All orders under $75 pre-tax carry a $10 flat-rate shipping fee.
We are not able to provide expedited shipping.
Salsa orders only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or to any other countries.
Once the carrier has confirmed delivery of the product, the product’s security is the recipient’s responsibility. Surly Bikes is not responsible for stolen packages.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
